Following the journey of empowerment that began with #iRise in 2022-where we honoured women’s strength, resilience, and determination and #2025Thrive, where we celebrated their ability to flourish despite life’s challenges, #CelebrateHer is a natural and inspiring progression.
#CelebrateHer is about honouring the strength, spirit, and stories of women everywhere. It’s the laughter that fills the air when women stand together, the tears that come with pride, and the warmth that grows when a community unites in support and love. It’s a tribute to every woman’s story - her courage, compassion, ambition, and contribution to her world. When she laces up her shoes and joins the crowd, she doesn’t walk or run alone - she carries the stories of those who came before her and those who stand beside her.
This movement reinforces SPAR’s commitment to uplifting women through initiatives that promote wellness, inclusion, and shared value. It creates space for joy, recognition, and appreciation - encouraging South Africans to honour the women in their lives and communities.

- Check out which SPAR near you is open for entries on sparwomenslowveld.co.za
- Visit your nearest participating SPAR store, pay for your entry in-store and instantly receive your SPAR Women’s Challenge Mbombela till slip.
- To register scan the unique QR code at the till or on the flyer to complete your details. Don’t forget to include your slip number as reference. (you will be able to select your size while stocks last).
- All entrants must register for either the 10km or 4.9km Challenge.

Collection
Collection Point for all entries will be at the Botanical Gardens from the from the 16th and 17th of July 2026 from 10h00am – 18h00pm and again on the 18th of July From 06h30 until 07h30am.
Goodie bags and race bibs to be collected at Botanical Gardens on the above dates and times.
