Instore entries and online registration

Check out which SPAR near you is open for entries on sparwomenslowveld.co.za

Visit your nearest participating SPAR store, pay for your entry in-store and instantly receive your SPAR Women’s Challenge Mbombela till slip.

To register scan the unique QR code at the till or on the flyer to complete your details. Don’t forget to include your slip number as reference. (you will be able to select your size while stocks last).

All entrants must register for either the 10km or 4.9km Challenge.

Online entry and online registration:

1. Go to sparwomenslowveld.co.za and follow the easy online entry steps (admin fee applies).
2. A confirmation email will be sent instantly once you have completed your details and made final payment.
3. Online entries are automatically registered.
4. All entrants must register for either the 10km or 4.9km Challenge

Collection

COLLECTIONS POINT FOR ALL ENTRIES WILL BE AT BOTANICAL GARDENS FROM THE 10th AND 11th OF JULY 2025 FROM 10H00AM – 18H00PM & AGAIN ON THE 12th OF JULY 2025 FROM 06H30 UNTIL 07H30AM.

Goodie bags and ribs to be collected at the Botanical Gardens on the above allocated dates and times and not before or after those times.

DO NOT COLLECT YOUR Challenge PACK FROM SPAR STORES!

10km and 4.9km is R180 p.p and kids under the age of 12 enter for free but excludes the goodie bag.

Yes, men and children are allowed to enter in support of the cause.

All participants are requested to park their vehicles at Riverside Mall entrance 3, a bus shuttle will collect everyone at entrance 3 at 07h00am.

After the race; “estimated” to finish at 10h00am a Bus will shuttle participants who would like to leave and not stay for the entertainment

However, there will also be another bus shuttle after the entertainment at 14h00pm.

Cars will be allowed at the Botanical Gardens from 10h45am into the Gardens for the entertainment session.

We ask all participants to be patient with the shuttle team upon arrival and departure.

Participants will receive tags limited to 3 for their families to come and watch them as they enjoy the challenge and entertainment.
No goodie bags will be provided to non-participants.
